At SIGMUND, you are satisfied or your money back.
Thus, if a test purchased at SIGMUND does not give you complete satisfaction, you have a period of 30 days from the date of your order to benefit from an exchange or a refund.

How do I request a refund or exchange?

The test you ordered does not meet your expectations?

1 - Don't panic, within 30 days from the date of your order, you can contact our customer service for an exchange or refund.

2 - Our customer service department will send you a small questionnaire to complete.

3 - Upon receipt of the dissatisfaction questionnaire, SIGMUND undertakes to reimburse you within 14 days the amount of your order or, if you wish, to offer you another test that would suit you better.
